  2. {Make ready 2 of small potatoes.

  1. Cut spring onion in a small small pieces.
  2. Take one cooker keep it on a medium flame add oil when heated add cumin seeds. When seeds cracked add spring onions.
  3. Then add chopped the tomatoes and dice shaped potatoes..
  4. Then add spices turmeric powder, coriander seed powder, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  5. Cover the lid of cooker and vessel for two to three times. When lid open roasted for few minutes.
  6. When oil come out from sabji serve it with makke ki roti aur bajar ka rotla.
