- Wash & soak the wheat overnite. Pressure cook wheat, onion sliced, 1 green chilli & 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Once the wheat cools blend the mixture..
- In the grinder add green chillies, mint & coriander leaves, 1 tsp zeera & grind into paste..
- Heat oil/ ghee in a pan. Add chicken pieces cut into cubes & cook for few minutes. Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste & grinded masala. Mix well add 1 cup water. Cover & cook till chicken is soft. Shred the chicken pieces & add to pan..
- Add the blended mixture, salt, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder. Mix all well, add some water. Let it cook on slow flame & in between keep stirring(cook on slow for total 20 minutes).
- After 10 minutes add 1 tbsp butter, some fried onion & little chopped coriander & mint leaves. After sometime add kebabs, cook for 5 minutes & close the flame. Serve with fried onions, mint & coriander leaves & lemon..
