  2. Take all ingredients of paste and make fine paste..
  3. Heat oil in a wide and heavy bottom pan. Add the cauliflower florets and shallow fry them till golden brown. Now add chopped potatoes shallow fry them till golden brown..
  4. Now add vadis in oil. Shallow fry them till golden brown..
  5. In pan, add 1 teaspoon oil. Add green peas paste saute it for 10 minutes on low heat. Keep aside..

  7. Add the ground paste in the pan and saute for about 2 minutes. Now add dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and saute it..

  10. In pan heat ghee, dry red chilli add cloves. Now give Tadka on Nimona..
