  1. {Take of I cup peeled Fresh hara choliya(green chana).
  2. {Take of I cup sour curd.
  3. {Get 1 inch of piece ginger chopped finely.

  3. Simmer this kadhi on low flame till nicely cooked and thick. You can adjust the consistency by adding more water if you want.Now add the kasuri methi and mix well.Serve hot garnished with coriander with hot chapattis or rice..
