- Preheat oven to 350*. Cook ground beef and season with salt, pepper and garlic. While that is cooking prepare gravy and mix with can of mixed vegetable and set aside. Make Garlic Mashed Potato and put an extra 1/2 cup of milk to make potatoes creamier. When meat is cooked, drain out any excess oil. Mix gravy mixture with meat and place in the 9x13 pan. Top with half of cheese and cover entire meat mixture. Spread mashed potatoes and then put remaining cheese. Put in oven for 25 minutes. Then put on broil for 5 mins to make cheese a little crispy. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving...
