Steps to make Vegetable manchurian:
- Firstly for the balls, put in all the veggies in a chopper and chop them to fine small bits. Meanwhile put a kadhai with oil for deep frying on flame..
- Then in a container put the rest of the ingredients for making the balls and mix in all the chopped veggies..
- It will form a dough consistency, and veggies will bind with the flour..
- Then form small balls of the mixture and gently drop in the kadhai of oil. Be careful or else the oil might splash. Gently put one by one. Make smaller size balls so that it would cook easily..
- Then when it turns golden brown to reddish pinkish colour, take them out on a tissue paper..
- Similarly make all the balls. Put in less balls(5-6) at a time in kadhai or it will be over crowded and will not cook properly..
- Heat another kadhai on flame, take hot oil from the previous kadhai and then add garlic and saute it..
- Then add onions. Meanwhile take a bowl and mix all the sauces as per measurement in it except vinegar..
- Then add this sauce mixture to the kathai and stir well..
- Add honey to balance the tanginess..
- Then add the crisp Manchurian balls and serve immediately to maintain the crispiness..
- You can add chopped onions or spring onions while serving..
