- Grind together 4 tbspn coconut, ginger and roasted spices with a little water in a blender to a coarse paste..
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and when they splutter add curry leaves and onion and saute till lightly browned..
- Add ground paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes..
- Add marinated prawns, salt, tamarind pulp, 2 tbspn grated coconut and water. Cook till prawns are done. Serve hot garnished with grated coconut. Prawns sukka ready..
