- Now in a mixer add the dal and whole coriander seeds and mix it into a course paste. Don't add water to this paste.
- Now take the paste in a bowl add ginger paste, finely chopped spinach, hing, salt, finely chopped green chiles and coriander leaves. Add some madia/ rice flour for crispyness and binding. Mix them well.
- In a kadai add oil. Let it heat well then make small balls and let it fry. It should cooked from inside if required lower the flame.
- Serve it with green chutney.
